Paragon was entrusted to work seamlessly with AG Dunedin’s design team, creating a uniquely stunning environment that offers occupiers a unique and peaceful oasis in the heart of the city.


OBJECTIVE

Paragon have worked with AG Dunedin on a range of projects across this estate, building a relationship of mutual trust, understanding and a reputation for expertise and total professionalism. Since beginning the refurbishment works, Dunedin has secured lettings totalling more than 20,000 sqft at Lombard House.

We continue to enjoy the space created for us and only this morning we were showing a visitor around. The reaction of visitors to our refurbished offices continues to be very positive – most recently described as feeling like a trendy bar!
